Concept & Design
Are you searching for a unique theme for your wedding? Zita uses her varied design backgrounds to create a concept specifically for you that not only will meet but surpass your expectations. The ideas are presented as drawings with details of colours and textures, thoughts on the style of venue, and illustrations of the flowers and decorations showing how your dreams will be converted into reality.
Planning & Execution
We offer a full range of wedding planning services, organising everything from the design of your dress and wedding venue, to liaising with suppliers and even sorting out your honeymoon destination. And of course, we can prepare and deliver your wedding flowers.
Our extremely capable, reliable and experienced wedding planning team will help you select the best resources for delivering to the specification detailed in Zita's design concept, and also to your budget. They will make sure everything is seamlessly organised for that important day.
How we work with you
Your first 45 minute meeting with Zita and her team is held in the magical surroundings of her florist's shop in Kew. There you will get an introduction to Zita Elze Flowers and gain a sense of Zita's unique style. We will discuss your requirements, the scope of the wedding planning services you are looking for, as well as your ideas and the atmosphere you wish to create. We will also discuss how to get the most from your budget.
It is helpful if you bring the following with you to your first appointment:
- Details of your wedding venue and church if already decided
- Pictures of your dress and the bridesmaid dresses
- Any samples of material and stationery you may have chosen
- Any props you may wish to use
A member of our wedding planning team will contact you before your appointment and will be your point of contact for any queries and future meetings.
We will then follow up with a second meeting lasting between one and two hours, to present initial design (and execution) ideas; we will discuss your preferences and tastes in more detail and consider the budget implications of different options. At the third meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal containing drawings and specifications for concept and design, as well as detailed costings where appropriate. We will take all the time necessary to discuss any modifications you may wish to make as well as any financial implications.
